In the retail automotive business for 40 years. Worked in all aspects of the Dealership environment. Sales, Service, General Management. Most recently a General Motors Dealer for 16 years.
Meet with ownership regarding the situation and need for a General Manager on a temporary basis. Reasons behind it. Ownership goals. What areas do they want me to work on above and beyond being a steadying presence. Work in Dealership to obtain such goals during contract period continually providing necessary feedback.
